Every time a customer leaves feedback for a Wedding Supplier we email your comments to that Wedding Supplier and they get to choose whether to publish your comment on this site. If they DO choose to publish it they will score 1 point which will improve their position in our listings. If they choose NOT to publish your comment then their score stays low and at least they read your feedback! Please note that we do vet the feedback to make sure it is genuine.
